Shipping Information

At Kitenge, we're delighted to connect with customers from all corners of the globe. We proudly offer worldwide shipping through DHL, a trusted carrier renowned for its reliability and efficiency. Additionally, for local and nationwide deliveries, we have forged partnerships with trusted logistics companies. Whether you're in the heart of a bustling city or nestled in a remote corner, our team will ensure your orders are swiftly and securely delivered to your doorstep. 

Returns Policy

At Kitenge, we're dedicated to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. We've meticulously curated our collections and quality-checked each item to meet your expectations. However, if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a fee (delivery, taxes and other associated costs) within 5 days of the delivery date of your order. 

We aim to process refunds as soon as possible, however, please allow at least 10 working days after we have received the parcel for your refund to be processed.

To reimburse you fully, these conditions must be met:

  • The items are returned to us unworn, clean, and free of damage.
  • Only full priced items can be returned.
  • The original labels are attached to the apparel.
  • RTW piece is returned in the original packaging.

Kitenge reserves the right to not refund any orders that do not meet one or more of these conditions.

Please note that we do not accept returns of our pre-sewn fabrics.
